Save the Children International is organizing a series of activities in Nigeria around UHC Day 2023:
1. Health Care Financing Summit: The goal of the Health Financing Summit is to advance UHC in Kaduna State, Nigeria through increased awareness and stakeholder engagement. Stakeholders will review UHC strategies in line with current health system realities and reaffirm their commitment towards fast-tracking the attainment of UHC in Nigeria.
2. Publish an advocacy brief titled, “Optimizing Health Financing; Sustain the Progress and Push for Progress.”
3. Publish a report titled, “Barriers and Strategies for Attaining Universal Health Coverage in Nigeria”
