EngenderHealth & MOMENTUM Safe Surgery in Family Planning and Obstetrics

Drawing on discussion at a global convening in June 2023 on postpartum and postabortion family planning (PPFP and PAFP), MOMENTUM Safe Surgery in Family Planning and Obstetrics, FIGO, and FP2030 have coordinated a Call to Action for global and national stakeholders to join forces to advance PPFP and PAFP that we are happy to release on Universal Health Coverage (UHC) Day, Dec. 12, 2023. We will also be launching a social media campaign announcing the Call to Action, and in support of PPFP and PAFP scale up through Universal Health Coverage and Primary Health Care frameworks.
