Blood Patients Protection Council, Kerala is organizing a rally in Calicut City on 10 December 2023 at 4:00 pm GMT+5:30. A seminar will be held at 10:00 am at the Islamic Youth Center ahead of the UHC rally. Kareem Karassery, State General Convenor, will speak at the rally.
