AYNLA will organize a workshop for nurses that draws linkages between their work and the Sustainable Development Goals.

The Cancer Association of South Africa will invite groups from the broader South African health and development community to Johannesburg to participate in a roundtable discussion around the connections between non-communicable diseases and universal health coverage.

Save the Children, World Health Organization and the International Labour Organization

Save the Children, World Health Organization and the International Labour Organization will host a panel discussion in Geneva with government leaders, policy experts and civil society representatives. The discussion will focus on topics such as the relationship between universal health coverage and the Sustainable Development Goals and examining the equity issues involved in universal health coverage.
